Breakfast:
Sugar Free Instant breakfast
Lunch:
Wendy's Taco Salad, mmmm...
Dinner:
Ground Beef in no sugar added Hunts spaghetti sauce covered in Mozzarella cheese.
Sugar free Jello w/sugar free whip cream.
I drank 7 glasses of water today so that was good!
Exercise:
40 minutes on the treadmill walked 2 1/2 miles
45 minute Cardio Pump Class

I think I want to switch to your diet, it sounds much tastier than mine :)
ReplyDeleteApril I have lost so much weight off that diet. It doesn't limit your intake either. You can eat as much as you want, but it has to be the right foods.
