Lunch:
Some Meaty spaghetti sauce with Melted cheese
Banana
Snack:
Handful of spiced nuts
Dinner:
Flaxseed flatbread wrap with Havarti cheese and Roastbeef.
No exercise except I walked around the mall for an hour. The gym is closed on Sunday.
