Kara's food and excercise for 11/23

Breakfast and lunch I ate a lot of cheese and bananas.
Dinner- whole wheat spaghetti and meat sauce
Snack-- more cheese, ham, banana.

Exercise.
35 min cycle......I would have gone longer, but the lady next to me smelled really really bad.
45 min swim.

  1. There was a lady you was farting in front of me at the gym yesterday. I caught her looking back a few times with a guilty look on her face.
