Kara's food and excercise for 11/16

k I did kind of crappy on food. Mostly because I was having a narcoleptic day.

Breakfast-diet Pepsi
Lunch- Cheeseburger, Diet coke
Dinner- 2 big bowls of pasta.
snacks-- Diet Pepsi.
Awesome diabetic diet wouldn't you say.

Exercise--I went swimming for an hour.

I kept falling asleep all day today.

  1. I love that you had diet pepsi for breakfast...my love for you just grew.

    And good job swimming! I love to swim, but I am NEVER good at it. I remember always going to water aroebics classes in AF with you...well maybe only a few times. But it was one of the first tings we did together.

  3. Breakfast is hard for me. I only feel like eating sugar. So I usually just drink diet Pepsi until I feel like something else.
