April...the awesome one.

My starting weight is 200 lbs!  I know I shouldn't be too excited about it, but I love even numbers.

My overall weight loss goal, I want to weigh 130 lbs...or fit in a size 8.  That is 70lbs I HAVE to lose.

I would like to lose 50 lbs by my next birthday, July 20th 2010.

Short term goal, I would like to lose 15 lbs by the new year.

Also, I am really working hard on my running.  I would like to be able to run 3 miles by the new year.  I have a 8 mile race in February, and I want to be able to run at least half of it.

  1. 50 lbs was my over all plan. I lost 35 since July. Turns out it isn't as hard as I thought.
