Spoon full of Peanut butter

Chili w/cheese and sour cream

Cafe Rio Salad (they screwed up and added rice, and I ate some of the whole wheat tortilla, I know I suck!)

Pickles & Carrots
Exercise:
45 minutes on the treadmill, 2.75 miles, burned 415 calories. Woot!
