TIP For low carb diet

Todays Tip:

If you really need to eat a higher carb food such as a piece of fruit or whole wheat bread. Plan this right before you exercise. The exercise will burn the carbs quicker keeping your blood sugar from peaking.

  1. Also, add butter or peanut butter to the bread...it slows down the sugar getting into your blood or soemthing like that.
    The SB diet book said it, so do it even though I don't make sense.

  2. I was going to put that as my next tip. Thanks April. It says it on the PCOS diet too. Which is a diabetic diet.
