I weighed myself when I got up like I did with my start weight. I am so excited with how much I've lost this week. I hope I can keep it up. I really think the exercise is what has really helped this time.

Weekly Weigh-In:
Strating Weight- 200lbs Weight Loss this week- 0
I am still at 200lbs. We are going to the mall today, so I am going to weight myself there (on the giant fatty people scale) and make sure our scale is correct.
So I re-weighed myself at the mall, still 200lbs. I find it odd that I didn't change at all this week, especially with how much I have been cheating. I am hoping to lose at least 1-2 lbs. this week!!
Sorry, I was being lazy yesterday and didn't do much of anything I was supposed to. I did weigh myself, just didn't come post it :)

Starting weight: 240 Weight loss this week - 1 pound
I'm frustrated that I only lost 1 pound, but I guess it is still good since I didn't do much exercising. Also I drank soda last week, which I didn't do the first week I was on these pills so I've cut it again to see if that helps. The first week I was on the pills I lost 7 pounds.
K I was 186 now I am 183. I was 181 the other day. It must of been yesterday that killed me. So I lost 3 lbs. Here is my new goal. My goal was to be at 170 by the end of the year. I hate that I have slacked for a month and a half now. So I plan on kicking it up. My goal by christmas is 175. So 8 more lbs by Christmas. I can do it!!!
