Breakfast: Cookies and milk again.
Lunch: Fries w/mustard.
Snack: Apple
Dinner: Steak and potatoes.
I also had another diet Pepsi...it makes me feel so dirty when I drink soda w/caffiene. I am gonna go cut myself in the bathroom now.
I don't know why I am having a hard time getting back on track. I feel so depressed lately. I have a doctor's appointment on Thursday, so hopefully I can get some help (and a freakin' refill). I did cook myself a lot of chicken and fish tonight, so I will have healthy food ready to microwave and eat. I am going to put all my focus and energy to sticking to my plan tomorrow.
Also, my sister was telling me about these hcg diet drops. That make your body think they are pregnant, and it helps you lose weight??? Anyway, I am wondering if you guys have heard of them, or anyone who has taken them. My body actually always dose really well being pregnant (after I get past those first 4 months) so I was thinking of trying it. Discuss...

Lets add a bowl of rocky road icecream to the list, and a cup of tea with way too much sugar. I think I am going to go to bed now, before the list gets worse.
How would making your body think you're pregnant help you lose weight? Aren't you supposed to pack on the pounds when preggo? It doesn't make sense to me... Do they give you morning sickness and that is what helps you lose weight?

April I have been mega depressed lately. So bad I don't know what to do with myself. I am on 2 antidepressants and I exercise almost daily. What the hell is wrong with me. Except when I am this depressed I eat less.

ReplyDeleteAnyway I will post again. My friend Harmonie ws on the HCG diet. She said when you take the shots you can only eat 500 calories a day. I guess the shot is another 2000 calories or something. Anyway, she lost 15lbs the first month but had pregnancy symptoms. She had headaches and nausea. So she got off of it and gained the weight back.
Really I think any get thin quick scheme only works a short time. The only way you can lose weight is by changing your life, eating healthy, and exercising. Those other methods make you lose weight right then, but you end up gaining it back. I just think back to a year ago when I started SB and lost a bunch of weight. If I had just stayed on it I would be at my ideal weight now.

ReplyDeleteI know exactly what you mean Kara, except i do eat with I am depressed. Which explains the 30 lb wieght gain last year. It will get better sooner or later.
BTW, I haven't cheated yet today....so it is ON!
