Ray's F&E 12/17/09

Breakfast:
Sugar Free Instant Breakfast

Lunch:
Southbeach Pizza on a whole wheat wrap

Snack:
popcorn

Dinner:
Wendy's Taco Salad

Snack:
Piece of french bread (Bad me! It was so warm and fresh. I just had to have a piece.

Exercise:
one hour spin class. I was so not in the mood for it. I have been feeling so shitty without caffeine. This is only day two. I don't know if I will make it. If I don't feel any better after two weeks I am so getting back on :)

  1. Hang in there, it does get easier. I find the hard part isn't so much getting off (although it is wicked hard at first) it is choosing not to drink it again. Cause just one soda and I am hooked again.
