Lunch: English Muffin w/butter and 1 diet Pepsi
Dinner: Baked Chicken
Snack: A few mini pancakes w/syrup
No workout, long freaking day.
I am mad at myself for slacking so much, and letting Ray get 20lbs ahead of me :) I am going to work extra hard these next couple weeks before Christmas.
New goals for this next week:
No eating past 8pm
Workout everyday, any type of workout
No cheating, stick to my Medi-Fast and or Detox diet
Drink more water, and if I must have a soda only 1.
