Time for our weekly weigh ins! Week 3 is over and we are now into December. Lets all set a mini goal for ourselves. And no t ones like "I want to lose 10lbs this month". But Whether it be to not eat candy for awhile, exercise a certain number of days a week, etc. Just something you know you are struggling with. Then every day when we post our food journals we can post on whether or not we stuck to our goals.
Does that sound okay to everyone? I think we need a jumpstart to get everyone.

Okay my weigh in this week is 236.8! I am so so so so excited with how fast my weight is coming off. It motivates me to stay on track.
ReplyDeleteMy start weight was 254 so my total pounds lost is 17.2. Not too shabby for 3 weeks of weight loss!
My mini goal is to eat more vegetables and less carbs. I want to try to just eat one serving of whole grains and no more than that. I find the less carbs I eat the more I lose. I also want to make sure I exercise 4-5 days a week. I am hoping by July I can run a marathon.
Ray that is so awesome!! I can't believe it has already been 3 weeks too!!! And hooray for marathon, and I am trying to be able to be in enough shape to run one next year too, maybe Dec. Keep it up I am so proud of you.

Lost 7 lbs!! Finally something.
I still have 3 pounds to lose before Christmas to meet my mini goal. My goal for this next week is to concentrate on working out more. I want to jog/walk 3-5 miles everyday this week. And no cheating!!! 18 more days until Chritmas Eve and my next cheat day.
April I am so so proud of you! 7lbs is so much! You rock. Way to go sticking to your diet. Good luck on your exercise too. You can do it!

Weigh-in this week: 236 lbs.
I was all excited yesterday to see 237, but then I got up this morning and got 236 - just a smidge more and I'm 235 (and then 230 and 225, and...)
I want to lose faster, but it is probably a good thing for me to lose slowly. Also I'm determined not to have to cook different meals for me and the family, just gotta watch what I eat...
My mini goal this week is to work out more, to suck it up and get out in the flippin cold (20* tonight) and exercise (or beg long enough for Robert to get me a treadmill off of Craigslist).
I am the worst of all. I weighed in at 182. I decided I am going to try to do more land exercise. The pool tones me more, then weight loss. My goal is still to reach 170 by the end of December. I know it won't happen......but I am going to reach for the stars.
