Kara's food and excercise for 12/5

Breakfast- 2 slices of peanut butter toast on whole wheat 12 grain bread and a Banana.

Lunch- bowl of Chili

Dinner- Southwest salad with guac and SC.

Snacks- banana and cheese

I did have a couple of the girls fries---just a couple

Exercise- 1hr swim 30 min land exercise.
