  1. My weigh in this morning 232.6! I thought for sure I would gain because of all the food I ate yesterday. But I am still on track. Now I am officially 20lbs lost!

    Start Weight 254

    Total pounds lost 21.4

  2. Starting Wieght: 200 lbs.
    Today's Weigh-In: 197 lbs.

    So, I gained from last week, but still down 3 lbs. overall.

    My goal this week is to NOT CHEAT, and to excerise more. I am totally gonna start trying harder. Really, I am.

    Weigh-in yesterday: 235 lbs.

    I started my lovely period yesterday so my goal this week is to not die from cramps, or the mood swings.
