Breakfast:
Small bowl of refried beans w/cheese
Lunch:
Cottage cheese and one baby carrot
Dinner:
Multigrain chips dipped in Gauc. I ate more than I should have. But it was so good. So I way over did my carbs.
No exercise today. I think I am getting a cold.
