Becca 1/6 F&E

Breakfast - Skipped, that was an accident I swear.  I got talking to my mom and forgot to eat food...hm, diet plan?

Lunch - Healthy request mexican chicken soup, ritz crackers

Dinner - Beef stew with 3 homemade rolls (they're small)

Drinks - Water, coffee with fat free creamer (side note: Peppermint truffle coffee, does NOT taste good...smells GREAT, tastes not so great).

Exercise:  Gonna do some yoga later...before I eat my froyo

I weighed in this morning - 236...YAY!
