Welcome back!

Okay the holidays are done and so is our break. We're back to regular food journal posting, weekly weigh ins, and exercising! Let's start by posting our weigh ins for the week. Also let's reset some goals. Let's try to work harder sticking to our diets this time too. No excuses!

  1. My weigh in this morning was 239.1. I've gained like 6 1/2lbs. I am surprised I haven't gained more. My goal is to be 225 by the end of January. I want to be 200lbs by April. Well really I'd like to be 199. Under 200. That is only 40lbs by mid april. I can do it!

  2. My weigh in is 238-239, the little line wasn't too sure which number it wanted to rest on - but it was definitely under 240 still (thankfully). I kept the weight off during the first week of the break which I think was because I was moving around. The second week I was back to work which is 8 hours of sitting in the freakin chair again... Oh and I was drinking more. It has been my self medicating for my screwed up shoulder. Now I have vicodin so I can lay off the vodka.
    I like the 225 by the end of January so I'm using that too! And I would like to be at or under 200 by June.

    How did everyone do with the no soda thing? Me not so much, about 3 a week - needed mixers for the vodka and ran out of cranraspberry juice.

  3. I refuse to ever give up soda. I discovered diet cherry 7up and I am in love.
    My weigh in is 186 today. At one point I was up to 195.....but my feet where swollen, so I took a water pill and lost 5 lbs within a couple hours. I have no idea why I was retaining so much water.

    My goal is to be to 170 by the end of February.

  4. Starting Over Wieght- 200 lbs. Blah.

    I am going to do my Dad's Detox die (lean meats, veggies, no salt, sugar or anything tasty).

    I want to really concentrate on working out, since this is what I am the worst at. I am going to try to take the boys on a walk 4 times a week, 3-5 miles, and the other days work out on the treadmill.

    My mini goal is to lose 5 lbs a month, this seems very very do-able to me. My BIG goal is to lose 50lbs. by my birthday in 7 months (July 20th).
