Ray's F&E 1/9

Sorry I haven't posted the last few days. I can't remember what I ate but I have stuck to my diet. I am still sick and I've had a migraine two days in a row. I know its no excuse for not posting. But I am using it anyway.


Breakfast-
Lower Sugar Oatmeal- 2 packets

Lunch-
nothing, breakfast was late.

Snack-
Sugar free pudding


Dinner-
Chicken and pepper kabobs w/ brown rice

I'll probably have sugar free cocoa or a sugar free jell-o if I get really hungry later tonight.

Exercise- none, I am going back to the gym Monday for sure!
