I am starting my Dad's Detox Diet tomorrow (I have been doing it off and on for the last week). Since I really hate posting what I eat, and most of the time I lie anyway (I don't add everything I eat), and since I want to concentrate more on my running and working out... I am just going to put whether I cheated or not for that day. I will still post my work outs for that day. And also weigh ins every week. Cool???

Totally cheated. Clark wanted "mooins" which translates to muffins for breakfast.
Workout- 1 mile jogging. I only had to stop once. 20 minutes.
Also, I decided not to get off soda. I will just limit it to one can a day. I NEED it.
