Becca 1-4-10

Breakfast - Scrambled eggs (2), 1 slice bacon, 1 slice honey wheat toast

Lunch - something but I don't remember...

Dinner - Pork loin, rissoto (from the box, only 140 calories), peas

Snack - Small cinnamon roll, large orange

Drinks today - 2 cups coffee with fat free creamer, cran raspberry juice, water

Exercise - nodda
