Jan. 26-April

Breakfast- Salmon
Snack- Handful baby carrots and cashews
Snack- Orange
Dinner- Salmon, broccoli and cauliflower.

Second day of NO soda! I hate everyone and my head is killing me.

NO workout today, as a reward for not cheating and also cause Tuesday is Jay's school day and I am by myself with the kids ALL day.

***Update- I made a batch of cookies with Clark, and had a few, oh and some cookie dough. I don't feel as bad cause at least I kept on my diet all day.***
